Terms and Conditions Policy for Apartment RentalsWhen you make a reservation through bnetwork, you agree to accept these Terms and Conditions.
1. Amount RequestedKindly note that a 2% bnetwork administration fee will be automatically added to all credit card payments. In case of cancellation, these fees will not be refunded.
The full prepayment of all the nights reserved is requested within 3 days.
Your reservation will not be confirmed until the full amount in cleared funds for the reserved accommodation is received by bnetwork. If your payment is not received within the 3 days of your booking, your room(s) may be released back into the booking system for resale.
2. Accommodation Cancellation PolicyAs these properties are made available exclusively for COP30 through direct agreements with private owners, all reservations are firm and non-refundable once confirmed. This policy stems from the contractual terms set by the property providers themselves and is beyond bnetwork’s control, for which bnetwork cannot be held liable. It ensures that each apartment remains secured for the participant throughout the event.
Name changes are without restrictions.
3. Minimum Stay Each establishment participating in COP30 applies its own minimum stay policy.
We kindly invite you to check the specific conditions indicated on your invoice and confirmation, as the required minimum number of nights may vary from one establishment to another.
4. Short-term rentals operated by a local real estate agencyThis clause applies exclusively to apartment rentals.
Once your reservation has been confirmed and fully paid, bnetwork will share your contact details with the real estate agency responsible for the apartment(s) you have booked.
That agency will contact you directly and provide an accommodation agreement outlining all terms and conditions related to the rental.
From the moment this agreement is signed, all communication should take place directly with the real estate agency. However, if you encounter any difficulties in reaching them, bnetwork remains available to support you and help facilitate the exchange of information.
Please note that if you have booked multiple apartments managed by different agencies, you may be contacted by more than one agency and will be required to sign a separate agreement with each.
5. Accommodation Invoicing ProcessThe total amount collected (minus a 2% administration fee) is transferred in full to the accommodation providers.
bnetwork will issue a booking confirmation summarizing the apartment(s) or hotel room(s) reserved, along with the total amount paid.
A reservation confirmation will be provided once full payment is received. However, please note that bnetwork does not issue an official payment receipt. Instead, the payment made to bnetwork will be reflected as a deduction on the final payment receipt or statement issued by the hotel or real estate agency at the end of your stay.
Any remaining balance (e.g., for extra services, meals, or extensions) must be settled directly with the accommodation provider before departure.
Should you have any specific payment documentation requirements, please inform bnetwork, and we will relay the necessary information to the relevant accommodation provider.
