Terms and Conditions Policy for Hotel Bookings

When you make a reservation through bnetwork, you agree to accept these Terms and Conditions.

1. Amount Requested

Kindly note that a 2% bnetwork administration fee will be automatically added to all credit card payments.  In case of cancellation, these fees will not be refunded.

The full prepayment of all the nights reserved is requested within 3 days.

Your reservation will not be confirmed until the full amount in cleared funds for the reserved accommodation is received by bnetwork. If your payment is not received within the 3 days of your booking, your room(s) may be released back into the booking system for resale.

2. Accommodation Cancellation Policy

From the date of reservation, it is no longer possible to modify or cancel reservations without charge.

Rooms that are left unoccupied 48 hours after the check-in date will be released back and no refund will apply.

Name changes are without restrictions.

3. Minimum Stay 

Each establishment participating in COP30 applies its own minimum stay policy. 
We kindly invite you to check the specific conditions indicated on your invoice and confirmation, as the required minimum number of nights may vary from one establishment to another.

4. Accommodation Invoicing Process

• bnetwork collects the full stay amount for all reservations. 

• Payments will then be transferred in full to the accommodation providers (except the 2% administration fees).

• bnetwork will provide a confirmation including a summary of the apartment(s) or hotel room(s) reserved for you and the total amount paid.

• You will receive an accommodation confirmation upon receipt of the full payment, but you will not be provided with an official invoice from bnetwork. Your payment to bnetwork will appear as a deduction on the final invoice be issued by the hotel/ agency upon check out. The balance due on the final invoice will have to be settled directly with your agency before departure (in case of direct extensions, meals, extras etc.).

• Please address any specific invoice details or requests to bnetwork directly and they will be communicated to the accommodation providers accordingly.
